What each one costs

Arta charges nothing to join and takes no commission. Each product has an Arta price that already includes delivery to your customer, the payment and cash-on-delivery fees, and GST. You sell at your own price and keep the difference on every delivered order. The only other charge is for a parcel that comes back undelivered: a per-unit charge by weight at the courier's current rate, shown on that order in your payout statement.

vFulfill sells monthly plans. The Mover plan is $79 a month with a convenience fee of ₹50 or 5% on each delivered order; Shaker is $149 with ₹40 or 4%; Earth-Quaker is $249 with ₹30 or 3%. WhatsApp order messages are priced per order on top (from ₹7 on Mover). Product, shipping and other charges are separate.

Stock and cash flow

With Arta you never buy stock. Suppliers hold it and pack each order; Arta books the courier and tracks it. For cash-on-delivery orders nothing is paid upfront. With vFulfill, sourcing is prepaid: its help centre says it pays suppliers in advance and deducts the cost from your wallet, and the stock is delivered to vFulfill's fulfilment centre or your own warehouse.

How fast you get paid

Arta pays every day: an order becomes payable 4 days after delivery, once your balance is ₹500 or more, with an Excel statement listing every order. vFulfill remits COD twice a week, on Monday and Thursday, depending on the day the order was delivered.

Returns and failed deliveries

Both put failed deliveries in one list for you to reattempt. On Arta, a calling team phones customers about undelivered orders, AI voice calls and WhatsApp (RTO Shield) confirm risky cash orders before they ship, and Arta's in-house AI gives every order an RTO risk ratio. vFulfill lists RTO risk prediction, an AI address score and a call-centre partner.

Which one fits you

  • Choose Arta if you want to start without buying stock or paying a monthly fee, get paid daily, and sell on Shopify or your own Arta site.
  • Choose vFulfill if you want to source and own your inventory in a managed warehouse, need private labelling on its top plan, or want its weekly product suggestions.
