- Your price − Arta's priceYou keep the difference. Arta's price already includes the product, delivery to your customer, the payment and COD fees, and GST.
- Shipping or COD fee you charge
- YoursIf you charge the shopper for shipping or cash on delivery, that amount is added to your margin on delivered COD orders.
- A returned parcel (RTO)
- Courier rate, by weightWhen a customer doesn't take the parcel, a per-unit charge based on its weight and the courier's current rate is deducted. It is shown on that order in your payout statement; nothing else is deducted.

Is Arta free to use?
Selling Arta's catalogue is free to join: no sign-up fee, monthly plan or commission. Arta Sites, the website product, is ₹1,999 a month including GST.
Does Arta take a commission on my sales?
No. Arta earns from the difference between what it pays its suppliers and Arta's price. You set your own price and keep everything above Arta's price.
Who pays for shipping?
Delivery to your customer is already inside Arta's price. If you charge your shopper for shipping or cash on delivery, that amount is yours on delivered COD orders.
What do returned parcels cost?
A per-unit charge based on the parcel's weight and the courier's current rate, which changes from time to time. You see it on each returned order in your payout statement. Arta ships 9,000+ orders a day, and its product quality and low complaint rate mean couriers give its parcels priority and some of their best rates.
Is GST included?
Yes. Arta's price and the Arta Sites price both include GST.
Can I run more than one Arta site?
Yes. One login covers all your sites, and each site is billed separately at ₹1,999 a month.
Are there deposits or minimums?
No deposit, wallet or minimum order. Payouts are made once your balance reaches ₹500.
