Anyone. Sign up with your phone number, choose your storefront (a Shopify store or an Arta site) and start adding products from Arta's catalogue. You need no stock, warehouse or team.

What does it cost to start selling with Arta?

Nothing. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly plan, no commission and no deposit. You earn the difference between your price and Arta's price on every delivered order.

Do I need to buy stock or pay upfront?

Accepted Answer

No stock, ever. For cash-on-delivery orders nothing is paid upfront: Arta's price is settled when the order is delivered. For prepaid orders your shopper pays you, and you pay Arta's price before the order is confirmed.

Where can I sell Arta's products?

On either storefront: a Shopify store, through Arta's Shopify app, or an Arta site with checkout and delivery built in (₹1,999 a month). Orders, delivery and payouts work the same way on both.

How do I find products that will sell?

Browse the catalogue, and use Winning Ads to see the Meta ads already selling a product before you test it. If a product isn't listed, ask Arta to find it. China Exclusive products unlock after 300 confirmed orders in 30 days.

What is included in Arta's price?

Accepted Answer

The product, delivery to your customer, the payment and cash-on-delivery fees, and GST. There is no separate shipping charge on a delivered order.

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Daily. An order is paid 4 days after it is delivered, once your balance is ₹500 or more; a smaller balance carries forward. Every payout comes with an Excel statement listing each order.

Is Arta free to use?

Selling Arta's catalogue is free to join: no sign-up fee, monthly plan or commission. Arta Sites, the website product, is ₹1,999 a month including GST.

Does Arta take a commission on my sales?

No. Arta earns from the difference between what it pays its suppliers and Arta's price. You set your own price and keep everything above Arta's price.

What do returned parcels cost?

A per-unit charge based on the parcel's weight and the courier's current rate, which changes from time to time. You see it on each returned order in your payout statement. Arta ships 9,000+ orders a day, and its product quality and low complaint rate mean couriers give its parcels priority and some of their best rates.

Can I run more than one Arta site?

Before it comes to that, every failed delivery is shown to you to reattempt, and Arta's calling team phones the customer. If the parcel still returns to origin (RTO), a per-unit charge based on its weight and the courier's current rate is deducted, and shown on that order in your payout statement. Does Arta use AI to cut returns?

Yes. Arta built its own AI and machine-learning models, tuned on its own delivery data. They pick the courier for every order (AI courier allocation) and give every order an RTO risk ratio with an address check, so a risky cash order can be confirmed with the customer on WhatsApp or by an AI voice call before it ships.

Who packs and ships the orders?

Arta's suppliers hold the stock and pack each order. Arta's in-house AI chooses the courier (Shiprocket's network, Amazon or Ekart), and Arta books the shipment under your brand's name and tracks it to the door. If a supplier runs out, the order moves to a backup supplier.

No. Your storefront can be a Shopify store or an Arta site; both work the same way with Arta. On Shopify, Arta's Shopify app adds products from the catalogue in one click, with photos, titles and prices. On an Arta site, checkout and delivery are built in. You make the sale; Arta's supplier packs it and Arta delivers it.

Which payment options does the checkout have?

Returning shoppers pay in one tap. Shoppers can pay online by UPI or card, and you can reward online payment with a discount. Cash on delivery can be on or off, a small advance can be taken with the rest paid at the door, and coupons can have limits, minimum orders and end dates.

Yes, with Arta Brands. Start from your Instagram handle: Arta reads your audience, finds products they will buy and makes your brand kit (logo, colours and fonts). Brand Horizon shows what the brand can earn, and the same products, store, ads and delivery then run the brand with you.
